Großzügige Wohnung in zentraler Lage, aber…

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in Kühlungsborn Ost gelegen. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Schritte. Besser geht es schon fast nicht. Was man wissen muss, die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG - direkt über einem Pub. Dass dann mit entsprechendem „Gesprächslärm“ vom Außenbereich des Pubs zu rechnen ist, sollte klar sein. Die Wohnung selbst - sehr großzügig. Sie bietet für 4 Personen reichlich Platz. Allerdings wirkt sie insgesamt etwas ungeliebt. Auch mit wenig Aufwand wäre mehr Attraktivität realisierbar. Sowohl in der Gestaltung als auch in der Ausstattung, die teilweise sehr einfach und in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Kontakt zur Vermittlungsagentur - tadellos, ja perfekt. Auf eMails wurde sofort reagiert. Angesprochene Mängel sofort aufgenommen und, soweit möglich, die taggleiche Instandsetzung angeboten. Auch wichtig für alle, die Wert auf das in der Beschreibung angegebene kostenlose WLAN legen: die Wohnung hat kein eigenes nutzbares WLAN. Man muss das offene Netzwerk des sich im Erdgeschoss befindlichen Pubs nutzen. Da eine Bewertung von 3,5 Sternen nicht möglich ist, sind es nun fairerweise 4.
