Stay in this charming, fully renovated 75 m² detached house (2023), ideally located just 350 m from the beach and close to shops. Park your car—you can walk everywhere.



Enjoy a large 40 m² cathedral-style living room with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms: one 13 m² cathedral bedroom with a 160x200 bed and large wardrobe, the second 12 m² with a 140 cm bed (sleeps 4 adults only), plus a 130 cm bed (suitable for a couple and 3 children).



Full household equipment. Outside, relax on the beautiful terrace with garden furniture, large parasol, two loungers, electric plancha, and barbecue.



Available: a retro ladies’ bike, a mini bike, and two children’s bikes (ages 8/10) on request. Baby cot and high chair also available on request.



Come and discover the beautiful island of Noirmoutier… the unique Passage du Gois, the Sébastopol polder regional nature reserve—a paradise for wildlife, plants, and nature lovers. Stroll through Bois de la Chaise, a must-see with many coves like Plage des Dames and its famous white cabins, L’Anse Rouge, Les Souzeaux, and Plage du Mardi Gras.



Let yourselves be charmed by the beauty of the area and experience the wild character of Noirmoutier. The island of mimosas will surprise you! You’re 1h50 from Puy du Fou.
