Located in a very quiet residential area in Lindau, this apartment—with a total of five rooms—offers plenty of space for families or groups of up to six people. The spacious living area, featuring hardwood floors, a cosy sofa corner, and an open fireplace, is perfect for relaxing.
The three bedrooms provide ample privacy, with one of the rooms—equipped with a single bed—serving as a walk-through room. The separate, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, featuring a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom features a bathtub and toilet.

A special highlight is the outdoor area with a covered terrace and a garden that features an outdoor fireplace for cosy evenings. Please note that the garden is not fenced in. For your comfort, the apartment is allergy-friendly, has privacy screens on all windows, and offers high-speed Wi-Fi.

While your primary vehicle can be parked in a private outdoor parking space right next to the house, additional vehicles can be conveniently parked on the street. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored safely in the garage. Children and pets are welcome. Upon your arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and tea towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional sets of towels can be booked at any time if needed.

Important Notes:
Pets are allowed in this accommodation for an additional fee. Check-in and check-out are possible seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe on site, even a late arrival is no problem.
