This lovingly furnished 2-room holiday flat is located on the outskirts of Laax and offers 48 sqm of space for a maximum of 4 guests. It has a bright living room with a beautiful view and balcony, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is the possibility to use the two cupboard beds as additional sleeping places. There are 2 small bathrooms with WC/shower in the flat. In the fully equipped kitchen there is a Nespresso capsule machine, which is available for free use.The flat has an underground parking space with direct access to the flat via the staircase. The sauna and indoor swimming pool are located in the basement and are provided for communal use free of charge.
