The large holiday home is located in the heart of Krostitz, 18 km north of Leipzig. During the day, a bus runs hourly via the Leipzig Trade Fair (approx. 10 km). Schladitzer Bucht is easily accessible via a bike path (approx. 7 km). In Krostitz, there are two supermarkets with bakeries and butcher shops (Nahkauf and Penny), a off-licence, restaurants, two family doctors, and a pharmacy.

There is space for 2 vehicles on the property in front of the house. The house features a large, quiet garden that is not visible from the street. A ping-pong table is available. The pool has a child- and pet-safe cover that, according to the manufacturer (without guarantee), can support 20 kg. In the summer, the pool can be heated with a solar mat.

Pets are allowed by arrangement, provided they are no larger than a calf. The property is not fenced to be pet-safe; pets must be supervised.
