There are three bedrooms: two with double beds, one with two single beds. Ample storage space is available. The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet, as well as a washing machine.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and complete cookware. In the separate utility room, you will find cleaning supplies and ironing equipment.



The south-facing balcony, with table and chairs, invites you to relax—ideal for your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. All balcony windows can be opened. In just 5 minutes on foot, you reach the Torre del Mar promenade, perfect for a stroll or relaxing under palm trees on a park bench.
