Our Arkonablick house is located right by the dunes and beach promenade in the center of Juliusruh. The 67 m² "Blaue Brise" apartment is on the first floor with a lake view and accommodates up to 5 guests. It features a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two balconies with garden furniture. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, two TVs, radio-CD, and a shared washing machine and dryer in the basement, which you can use for an additional fee. A baby bed, high chair, mini safe, and lockable bike storage are included.



Relax on the balconies or in the garden. From mid-May to late September, a private beach chair is available on the beach. The beach, dunes, and promenade are directly behind the house and garden. Free street parking is available; an underground parking space can be rented for an additional fee if available. Public transport is nearby and free with the spa card. Pets are not allowed. Smoking indoors is prohibited. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers.



As a seaside resort, a local spa tax is charged, varying by season and billed separately. The key is in the house safe by the mailbox. On site, the team is happy to assist you. Restaurants, an ice cream café, kiosk, and bike rental are within walking distance. From Breege harbor, seasonal ferries go to the Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek and to Hiddensee. In Altenkirchen (2 km) you'll find a shopping center, gas station, and pharmacy.
