The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, and cooking utensils. All rooms have heating, private TV, washing machine with detergent, and a fan.
You can request breakfast with homemade vegan products, available for an extra fee; shared games and books for children are provided.
Outside, you’ll find a private 80 sqm front garden and a rear garden, ideal for washing and storing bicycles. The private open terrace on the top floor offers a beautiful view of the green valley and the Gulf up to Genoa. Sea and mountain views create a relaxing atmosphere.
Street parking is available; the property is well connected to public transport. Up to 2 pets are allowed; events are not permitted.
The tower is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with excellent connections to the hiking and cycling trails of the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri. Bergeggi beaches are only 15 minutes away, and Baia dei Saraceni is 20 minutes away.
