We enjoyed a very relaxing stay in this clean and spacious villa. The villa is in a secured, quiet area. Thanks to the warm October, we could take breakfast and dinner outside, enjoying the sound of waves and bird songs. Special thanks to Isabel, the property manager, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out and responding promptly to special requests.

A great time in a spacious house on a beautiful resort.

We had a great time in this luxurious, pleasant, spacious and well equipped house. With our family of 5 (including our 3 adult children) we had plenty of room. The house is very convenient and practical. The premises are very well kept. Several pools are located within a few steps; beautiful beaches are nearby, and can be reached easily by car, by bike or even by foot. Next time, we will make use of the golf facilities. Except for some small shops, there are no major supermarkets in the vicinity.

Tolle und gut gepflegte Anlage, leider kann man nichts ohne Auto erreichen, selbst der nächste Strand ist eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß entfernt. Supermärkte in Peniche.Das Haus ist geräumig und groß, kein Problem zu sechst.

Ferienhaus in Praia d'el Rey

Wir waren 10 Tage im Juli im Ferienhaus in Praia d'el Rey. Familie mit 2 Teenagern. Das Haus bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern viel Platz. Auch das Wohn- und Esszimmer sind sehr geräumig. Die Terrasse lädt zum Essen im Freien ein. Das Haus wird nicht immer bewohnt, was man gemerkt hat. Der Kontakt zum Housekeeping lief über Telefon und Whatsapp. Die Dame war immer erreichbar und hat kleine Anfragen sofort beantwortet und kleinere Mängel sofort kompetent behoben. Auch Anfragen nach einem Arzt hat sie sehr gut beantwortet.Der gemeinschaftliche Pool war um die Ecke und angenehm.Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der sehr schönen Wohnanlage.

Heerlijk een week verbleven. Fijne zwembaden, ook paar keer naar strand gelopen (15 min). In Peniche PADI gehaald En veel bezienswaardigheden in de buurt (bijv. Óbidos) gezien. Goede airco en wifi.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa muy limpia. La cocina muy completa. Hemos echado en falta un kit básico de limpieza/aseo. La urbanización y la piscina también muy bien.

Instalaciones perfectas...equipamiento justo

La casa es muy cómoda y corresponde exactamente con las fotos publicadas. La urbanización es muy tranquila y la posición de la propiedad dentro dela urbanización permite intimidad. Una pena que el equipamiento de cocina sea justo para las 6 personas a alojar. EL número de piezas de vajilla es muy ajustado y el tamaño y número de menaje de cocina(oolas, sartenes) no son adecuados para cocinar para el número de húespedes También echamos en falta los kits básicos de artículos de limpieza y generales (azúcqar, aceite, café,sal,vinagre, etc) como para las comidas de los primeros días.

I am a mother of four. We love to escape to Portugal in the cold winter months and also enjoy weeks in the Summer in Praia d'El Rey. We have been returning to our 'paradise' for the last 15 years. From golfing to tennis and surfing, to peaceful beaches, long walks and endless pool games, the area has something to offer everyone. Our family all love being there.

Our property is situated in one of the most beautiful areas on the resort, in a secure, gated complex. It is a short walk from the driving range and the golf club/restaurant, which welcomes golfers and families alike. It has stunning views.

Our family love this area, due to the activities available and the miles of beautiful beaches. Whether you want a relaxing holiday by the pool or an action packed holiday, this is a great place to stay all year round.

What makes this property unique

The location is perfect for a family holiday. The villa is located on a 5 star beach, tennis and golf resort, with one of the best golf courses in Europe. The resort also includes restaurants, with friendly English speaking waiters, and access to the beautiful long stretches of the Silver Coast beaches.
