Quiet location with excellent views of the lake and mountains and a spacious sun terrace (60 sqm) facing east and south, offering a choice of sun or shade. Two high-quality bicycles (one men’s and one women’s) are available for a rental fee.

A ten-minute walk to the centre of Millstatt, with good shopping and dining options, as well as to the lake and beach. Excellent opportunities for mountain hiking, swimming, water sports, and activities such as biking, golf, etc.

Klagenfurt Airport is one hour away; Spittal and the train station are 15 minutes away. The town of Spittal offers excellent infrastructure with top-notch sports and cultural offerings as well as shopping options.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine ruhige, gute, am Hang gelegende Lage. Sie ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Super Blick auf den Millstätter See. Schöne, große Terrasse mit ausreichend Gartenmöbel (2 Tische, Stühle und 2 Liegen) ausgestattet. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Die Gegend ist perfekt zum wandern, schwimmen, Radfahren, Boot fahren und vieles mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Zeit dort genossen.
