CIRCUITUS is beautifully located in the forests surrounding Växjö in the heart of Småland and is far more than an ordinary holiday home. This exceptional ecological passive house combines modern architecture, sustainability and Scandinavian luxury with complete tranquillity in the middle of nature.

Built in 2020, the house was designed with a strong focus on sustainable and energy-efficient living while still offering maximum comfort. Large windows bring the surrounding forest directly into the living space, while the open layout, natural materials and stylish interior design create a truly unique atmosphere throughout the house.

CIRCUITUS is located in a very small and peaceful village surrounded by the forests of Småland. Only a few neighbouring houses are nearby, and many of them are unoccupied most of the time. This creates an especially quiet and private atmosphere with the feeling of being completely immersed in nature.

With around 76 square metres of living space, CIRCUITUS accommodates two to four guests and is perfect for couples, small families or anyone seeking peace, nature and modern Scandinavian design.

On the ground floor, there is a cosy bedroom with a double bed. In addition, the house features a romantic loft that can be reached via a narrow, steep staircase with architectural design. The loft offers two single beds and a beautiful view over the open living area.

The spacious living and dining area forms the heart of the house. The winter garden creates the feeling of being surrounded by nature and, together with the modern Scandinavian design, offers a warm yet exclusive atmosphere.

One of the highlights of the house is the sauna located directly next to the winter garden. After a day spent outdoors, guests can relax here while enjoying peaceful forest views. Together with the light-filled winter garden, this creates a unique retreat with an almost Scandinavian spa atmosphere surrounded by nature.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for relaxed cooking evenings. A washing machine and dryer are also available for additional comfort.

The stylish bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub – perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors.

WiFi and a Smart TV including Netflix are also available.

The outdoor area is equally impressive. Garden furniture, a barbecue and the peaceful forest setting make CIRCUITUS a perfect retreat. Only around 300 metres from the house lies a beautiful lake with a dock, ideal for swimming, fishing or simply relaxing by the water. A large Canadian canoe is also available and offers a wonderful way to explore the Swedish landscape from the lake.

The surroundings around Växjö offer endless opportunities for outdoor activities and excursions. Forests, lakes and hiking trails begin directly outside the door, while the city of Växjö with restaurants, shopping and cultural attractions can be reached within approximately ten minutes by car. The famous Kingdom of Crystal and several beautiful nature reserves are also nearby.

Many of Småland’s most popular attractions are also ideal for day trips. Families especially enjoy visiting Astrid Lindgrens Värld in Vimmerby. The coastal town of Kalmar as well as the IKEA Museum and the first IKEA store in Älmhult can also be reached within around 50 minutes.

Active guests will also enjoy the area, which offers beautiful mountain bike trails through the forests of Småland, a golf course only around six kilometres away and the nearest supermarket approximately seven kilometres from the house.

CIRCUITUS is a non-smoking property. One dog is welcome for an additional fee. Bed linen and towels can optionally be booked. Professional final cleaning is included, as well as electricity consumption and WiFi. A security deposit of 250 Euro applies.
