In Montbray, discover this charming 45 m² house with views of nature from the large flower-filled garden. The property features a jacuzzi and sauna (available upon reservation and for an extra fee), and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The home offers a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, bathroom, and a spacious 5,200 m² garden. Fiber Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are included.

* Equipped kitchen with dining area: kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop.



First floor:

* 19 m² living room with double sofa bed, dining area, TV.



Second floor:

* Bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200).

* Bathroom with bathtub and toilet.



Additional amenities: plancha grill, iron and ironing board.



IMPORTANT: Steep staircase to the first floor (please take care with young children and elderly guests). The owner lives on site and is available to assist you if needed.



Free access: treadmill, exercise bike, and relaxation area in the shared space.



Optional: wellness area with massages, 2-person sauna, and 7-person jacuzzi (April to October) available upon reservation and for an extra fee.

Gîte spacieux, bien agencé et très propre. Grand jardin extérieur calme et paisible.Hôte très accueillante, disponible, pleine d énergie et de charmantes attentions. De plus, nos amis les animaux sont les bienvenus. Très, très bien.
