30 m² cottage in LES SABLES D'OLONNE with a 10 m² terrace, perfect for 2 guests. Parking nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, oven, and microwave. TV and Wi-Fi are provided. There is a 140x190 cm bed and a plancha grill available. The accommodation is newly renovated.



Located just 300 meters from the sea in the La Pironnière district, the cottage is close to cycling paths, Lake Tanchet, the thalassotherapy center, and the zoo. Only 50 meters from La Pironnière’s shops: mini-market, bakery, medical office, and pharmacy. Shopping centers, laundromat, and other amenities are 1 km away.



Several restaurants are within walking distance. Cycling routes surround the area. Bus shuttle stop is 50 meters away. About 1 hour from Puy du Fou, 1.5 hours from La Rochelle and Noirmoutier, and 30 minutes from a major Vendée amusement park.



Bed linen and towels are not provided. Cleaning must be done at the end of your stay or can be arranged for an extra charge.
