About this property

This perfect beach cottage is just steps from the beach. Great place for families as well as groups to get away. Close to everything and recently completely remodeled, this home is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The home features three bedrooms plus sleeping loft, an additional 4th detached bedroom accessible from the private rear deck and 1 1/2 bathrooms. After a day at the beach rinse off in the private outdoor shower and enjoy a glass of wine on the rear deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary modern-day appliances: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, flatware, pots and pans, etc. All rooms are air conditioned and for your convenience, the house contains washer/dryer, BBQ w/Gas, TV/DVD with Internet Enabled TV Streaming options. Linens, bath towels, beach chairs and umbrella also provided.

Perfect weekend getaway~

My friends and I come to Fire Island every summer and decided to rent this cute home this year. The house is adorable and clean! They have beach chairs and umbrellas available. It was the perfect size to fit our group. Karyn was very kind and easy going, helped us out with early check in and late check out without a problem. Very quick responses. They recently renovated the love shack and sent us photos when asked. Highly recommend!!!

Totally hazzle free. Could have a better walkway to the back and perhaps another step to the front deck.

Great beach house

The location was great, and there were great amenities for the beach including chairs, towels, and an outdoor shower. There was very little soap and toilet paper when we arrived, and the Wi-Fi was not working, which was fine for us

4th of July weekend

What a great property! the property manager was very easy to work with and gave us all the information we needed to have a great weekend away. The house is even more spacious than the photos give away and a perfect location! Would definitely re-rent in the future!
