Charming, furnished 1.5-room holiday apartment on the raised ground floor of a quiet complex with just six apartments, for two guests. Separate sleeping area with balcony access, modern kitchen incl. dishwasher, bathroom with spacious, walk-in shower. Renovated, freshly painted and newly furnished in December 2025 – box spring bed (180 × 200 cm) and new seating. Highlight: the sunny, private south-facing balcony. Folding bed (80 × 200 cm) available on request for a child or extra guest.
