David welcomes you to a holiday home built in 2017, adjoining the main house. You’ll enjoy the blend of stone and iron, as well as the modern comfort throughout. On the ground floor, the large living area includes a lounge with sofa, armchair, TV, and wood-burning stove, an open kitchen, dining area, and WC. Internet access is available via 4G airbox. The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, microwave, dishwasher, pod coffee makers, classic coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and more.



Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, one with two 90 cm beds), a small nursery/playroom with a 140 cm sofa bed, and a bathroom with WC. Underfloor heating with heat pump and the wood stove keep you comfortable in winter. Enjoy the private, secluded terrace and garden, equipped with a barbecue and outdoor furniture.



Direct access to the secure, heated 10 x 4 m pool, open from 01/06 to 30/09 (shared with the owner and another holiday home). A shared children’s play area is available, with swing, 3.6 m trampoline, and wooden playhouse with slide. On-site parking is provided.



Optional cleaning, bed linen, and towels are available for an extra charge. Electric vehicle charging is also available for an extra charge.
