In the heart of a small village, on a working grain farm, this comfortable cottage is set in a renovated former tenant farmer’s house.
The house features two spacious bedrooms and an additional sleeping option in the living room. Enjoy a large outdoor area with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a plancha. A private, enclosed garage is available for your use. The rental includes table, bath, and bed linens, as well as WiFi. A cleaning deposit is required. You can request to bring a pet.
Facing south, the house is pleasantly shaded by a chestnut tree. Just 2 km away, relax at the leisure area along the Boutonne River, where you’ll find fishing, playgrounds, and light refreshments.
