Inside, the house features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a separate living room with two single beds, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, electric hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, and dining area. Guests can also enjoy a Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and heating powered by both wood and electricity, ensuring a comfortable stay in every season.

Outside, the property sits on a spacious 2,400 m² plot surrounded by landscaped gardens and a beautiful park-like forest. A furnished terrace, gazebo, barbecue area, and private parking create inviting spaces for outdoor dining, social gatherings, and peaceful moments immersed in nature.
