Two cosy bedrooms with extra bedding, a bright living area with an open kitchen, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate guest bathroom provide comfort for up to 6 people. Two of the beds are specifically designed for children—ideal for families.

The entire house is thoroughly allergy-friendly: vinyl flooring, privacy screens on all windows, and a strict no-smoking policy create a healthy indoor environment. Thanks to wide doors, step-free access, and a wheelchair-accessible shower, the holiday home is perfectly suited for guests with limited mobility. The open-concept living and dining area invites you to linger: a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a cosy sofa area, and three TVs (35–44 inches, satellite reception) ensure relaxing moments. A washing machine is also available.

Outside, an 800 m² enclosed property awaits you—ideal for families and those seeking peace and quiet. Enjoy the partially covered patio with patio furniture and sun loungers, use the charcoal grill, or let the kids play on the swing set. A special highlight is the private lake access with a sunbathing area and dock, just 500 metres away and easily reachable on foot—perfect for swimming breaks, moments in nature, and sunsets.

Two free parking spaces are available right next to the house. Travelling by car is recommended so you can explore the beautiful surroundings of the Mecklenburg Lake District at your own pace. The Alt-Gaarz holiday home is ideal for families with children and guests seeking peace and relaxation. Youth groups are not permitted, and fireworks are prohibited so that you can enjoy a relaxed, quiet getaway.
