As soon as you enter the building, you’ll be greeted by a bright and welcoming stairwell that leads you to the ground floor and your cosy holiday apartment. Spanning 35 m², you’ll find a lovingly designed temporary home that harmoniously combines comfort and cosiness.

In the entryway, a practical built-in closet offers plenty of space for jackets and shoes. Before you start your day or head out on an excursion, you can take one last look in the mirror.

From the hallway, you’ll step right into the cosy living room. Here, a comfortable sofa invites you to relax after an eventful day at the North Sea—whether with a good book, a film night, or simply by enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The adjacent dining area provides the perfect setting for shared meals and cosy conversations.

The open kitchen blends seamlessly into the living area and offers everything you need for hassle-free self-catering. This allows you to tailor your holiday exactly to your own preferences.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) awaits you, ensuring restful nights. A chest of drawers provides ample storage space for your holiday wardrobe and personal belongings.

The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom impresses with its welcoming atmosphere and plenty of space for your daily wellness routine. For added convenience, a washing machine is also available—especially handy for longer stays.

We’ve even thought of your bicycles: A bike shed provides secure storage for your bikes and makes the apartment the ideal starting point for extended tours along the coast.

On sunny days, the small but charming terrace behind the house invites you to enjoy the fresh North Sea air, start your day with a cup of coffee, or wind down the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.

Due to temporary disruptions, there may be exceptional cases where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, as well as—per holiday rental (regardless of the number of laundry packages booked)—1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 tea towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is collected and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
