The semi-detached house “Das Blaue Haus” in List on Sylt is idyllically situated in the Westerheide—in the heart of a quiet, rural setting and right next to the beautiful dune landscape. This charming semi-detached house, built in the traditional Sylt style, delights guests with its cosy character and combines Frisian hospitality with the relaxed atmosphere of the North Sea. Here, you can enjoy the island’s tranquility while still being very close to the beach.

The accommodation spans two floors with a total of 62 m² of living space. With two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen, the house accommodates up to two adults and one child—ideal for couples, small families, or friends.

One bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom has a small single bed (75 x 188 cm).

A special highlight is the garden with a patio and outdoor furniture. The impressive dune landscape begins right next door, inviting you to take walks and enjoy relaxing moments in nature. The beach and the sea are only about 500 metres away. A beach chair is available for relaxing in the garden.

In the living area, you’ll find a cosy sofa nook with a TV and Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach. A desk and comfortable armchairs also provide additional comfort. The house features gray-mottled carpet, which adds to the cosy atmosphere of the home.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for shared meals: a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven with a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and numerous kitchen utensils. A Nespresso machine, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer. A washing machine and dryer are also available. A private parking space is available right next to the house.

Children and babies are welcome. A cot and a high chair can be added upon request. Pets are also welcome (maximum of two).

Especially convenient for larger families or groups of friends: The Blue House can be directly connected to the Yellow House via a connecting door. This creates a spacious shared holiday home with plenty of room for spending time together—yet still enough privacy for everyone. Please feel free to contact us to book both houses together.
