1,200-m² property with 3 fully independent units, each owned separately. This luxury 90-m² villa, fully air-conditioned, is located on the garden side and offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with Italian shower, and 2 toilets. The American kitchen and living room open onto a spacious terrace and a private garden of about 200 m². The beach and shops are only a 5-minute walk away.
You have access to a shared swimming pool from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., open from April 15th to October 15th. Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are available for an extra charge.
Ideal for sports lovers: enjoy water sports, numerous diving spots, cycling, and hiking in the stunning Estérel natural park. Perfect for beach enthusiasts, with 24 km of coastline featuring white sand beaches, coves, and creeks. Culture lovers will appreciate excellent museums and sites, with Cannes just 30 minutes away, and Nice and Saint Tropez about an hour's drive.
Car parking is available just in front of the property in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Motorcycles can also be parked inside the property.
Baby crib rental is available for an extra charge. Wi-Fi access is included.
