Nestled among the gentle hills of Rosciano in the heart of Abruzzo, Villa Mario is a charming single-level holiday home, perfect for a relaxing stay for up to 6 guests. Surrounded by a large private garden of 3,000 m² with olive trees and mountain views, the villa combines the authenticity of the Italian countryside with modern comforts.
Inside, the 60 m² house features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, air conditioning, private TV, and a dedicated workspace.
Outside, you’ll find a true oasis of relaxation: enjoy the private hot tub, barbecue, or an outdoor shower with panoramic mountain views. A special local touch awaits you with homemade extra virgin olive oil and seasonal fruit and vegetables picked directly from the property’s garden.
Pets are welcome (1 allowed) and there is on-site parking. Events are not permitted. For your safety, surveillance cameras are installed in the non-private outdoor areas (gate, entrance, and olive grove).
