Located in Campagnola di Zevio, just a few kilometers south of Verona, this 450 m² guest house accommodates up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.



The property offers 2 single rooms with French beds, small balconies, and a shared bathroom on the first floor.



A fully equipped shared kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, and complimentary capsules is available. Amenities include Wi-Fi, private fan and air conditioning in each room, and a shared living room with TV. Shared washing machine and dryer are available on request. Underfloor heating is adjustable by thermostat (from November 1 to April 15).



Airport shuttle and train station shuttle service (up to 4 seats) are available for an extra charge.



Outdoors, you can relax in the shared garden, use the communal outdoor pool, and enjoy the shared barbecue.



You have access to a shared on-site parking space and a communal bike storage area. Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. Audio and video recording devices are present in non-private common areas.
