The Lehnhäusl is located in Berchtesgaden-Oberau at an elevation of 850 metres above sea level, in a quiet and idyllic setting.
Comfortably furnished guest rooms—which have once again been awarded 3 stars by the DTV—are available at Wildmoos 89, and two holiday apartments are available at Wildmoos 91. Breakfast is served in the adjacent building for €10.90 per breakfast.

The 38 m² Untersberg holiday apartment features an entryway, a kitchen-living room with satellite TV, a shower/toilet, steam shower, a bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), and a private terrace of approx. 25 m² with a view of the Untersberg.
There is a sofa bed in the living room that is well-suited for children.

Dogs and other pets are only allowed in the Untersberg apartment, upon prior request.
A fee of €19 per day is charged per dog or pet.

If desired, you can have breakfast at the neighbouring building, Wildmoos 89; €10.90 per breakfast.

The €36 final cleaning fee is waived if the apartment is returned in a clean condition.

Electricity is charged at 50 cents per kW. With us, you pay for your actual usage and not some flat rate.
Visitor’s tax: Additionally, a visitor’s tax of €3.10 per day and person is currently payable.
For children and teenagers aged 7 to 16, the tourist tax is €1.55 per day.
Children 6 and under are exempt from the tourist tax.
