Nestled between meadows and forests, the charming, traditional town of Seeshaupt—with its approximately 3,000 residents—lies directly at the southern end of Lake Starnberg. Here you can enjoy the best of both worlds: a wonderfully relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and excellent amenities, with everything you need for daily life right at your fingertips. Seeshaupt is the perfect gateway to the region—the idyllic Alpine foothills, the five large lakes, lively small towns like Starnberg and Murnau, and the impressive Alpine panorama are practically right on your doorstep.

Our holiday apartments are located in a well-maintained apartment building in the heart of Seeshaupt. From here, you can easily reach Lake Starnberg in just a few minutes on foot. You can safely leave your car parked during your stay:
In the immediate vicinity: a bakery, a butcher, and a supermarket are just around the corner and can be reached in just a few minutes.

Cuisine & indulgence: Four different restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. Another real highlight right in town is the Seeshaupt Farm Store—awarded the title of Germany’s best organic supermarket (2021/2022). Perfect for stocking up on top-notch regional specialities!

Excellent Transport Links: The Seeshaupt train station (Kochelseebahn with hourly service to Tutzing, Munich, or Kochel), as well as bus stops and the Bayerische Seenschifffahrt ferry terminal, give you maximum flexibility even without a car.

Enjoy an extraordinary, first-class holiday experience. Our newly designed private spa and wellness oasis, spanning 120 m² and featuring 4 separate bedrooms, combines exclusive living comfort with a private, exclusive wellness area complete with a sauna and whirlpool.

A special highlight: The rooms are artfully complemented by modern, exclusive murals inspired by the Five Lakes Region, created by the renowned artists Wittenzellner (Studio Witti from Starnberg).

Indoor Wellness Oasis: Relax in your spacious, private sauna. Another highlight is the luxurious whirlpool, equipped with its own smart TV (for all popular streaming platforms) and a first-class sound system.

Outdoor Wellness Oasis: Your private south-facing garden is exclusive to this holiday rental. It features a cosy canopy, a high-quality stone grill, and a solid wood seating area for your entire travel group.
Light-Filled South-Facing Winter Garden: Equipped with adjustable shading, a large seating area for social gatherings (with room for additional guests), and a comfortable wellness lounger for relaxation.

Exclusive Amenities & Sleep Like You’re in Heaven:

Living Room: Featuring an elegant genuine leather couch with a comfortable reclining option, a large smart TV, and a modern DAB radio that can be easily accessed in the kitchen, bathroom, and guest bathroom.

Bedroom 1: A 2.00-meter-wide king-size solid-wood bed, handcrafted by a carpenter, guarantees a deep, restful sleep.

Bedroom 2: A 1.60-meter-wide queen-size solid-wood bed, also custom-made by a carpenter.

Additional sleeping arrangements: A cosy single bed (100 cm) in the sunroom, as well as 2 comfortable rollaway beds if needed. In total, there is plenty of space here for up to 7 people in 4 rooms.

Kitchen & Dining: A state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and a charming little breakfast table for 2 people.

Bathrooms: In addition to the shower in your private wellness oasis, an exclusive designer bathroom with a luxurious rain shower is at your disposal. The second bathroom is conveniently located separately as a guest bathroom.

Parking: Of course, the Private Spa Wellness Oasis also features its own free parking space right next to the house.
