Welcome to our new, modern villa in the charming village of Kamilari in southern Crete. The house was just completed in June and furnished with great attention to detail—a place to unwind, relax, and enjoy.

Located in a quiet spot on the outskirts of town, you’ll find a relaxed atmosphere with views across the Cretan countryside towards the sea and mountains. The centrepiece of the outdoor area is the 3 x 7-meter private pool with convenient step access. The partially covered terrace right by the pool is perfect for a cosy breakfast or relaxing in the shade.

A special highlight are the two balconies on the upper floor. Here you can start your day with a view of the sea and, in the evening, enjoy the beautiful sunsets over southern Crete with a glass of wine.

The nearest beach is only about an 8-minute drive away. The famous town of Matala, with its taverns, caves, and beaches, is about a 15-minute drive away. At the same time, you’ll benefit from the ideal location: Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and shopping options in the traditional village of Kamilari are within easy walking distance.

Our villa is the perfect starting point for discovering the beauty of southern Crete. In the surrounding area, you’ll find stunning beaches with crystal-clear water, small coves, and unspoiled coastal landscapes. Culture enthusiasts can reach the famous Minoan archaeological site of Phaistos in just a few minutes. For hiking enthusiasts, the Zaros region and the Rouvas Gorge offer varied trails through Crete’s impressive natural landscape.

The bright and welcoming rooms combine modern design with a high level of comfort. A fully equipped kitchen, a cosy sofa area, air conditioning in all rooms, and TVs ensure a pleasant stay.
