The apartment is complemented by a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a terrace with a small garden—ideal for relaxing in a peaceful setting.

On-site charges: A 30% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash.Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.Alternative check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival.A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
