We would be delighted to welcome you to our stylishly furnished holiday rental in a dreamlike location right on the edge of the forest in the Saxon Switzerland National Park. Our Schwalbenhof is a natural oasis where you can unwind and let your mind wander, be enchanted by the blooming roses (June–August) and countless other plants, watch the colourful activity of many birds and our beloved swallows, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. An excellent location for hiking and biking enthusiasts, as you can set out right from your doorstep to explore some of the most popular attractions—offering you the perfect setting for a varied holiday.

Holiday rental, 2 bedrooms:

The approximately 95-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor, has been newly renovated (6/2026), and is equipped to a high standard. On hot summer days, the thick walls keep the apartment pleasantly cool, and on colder days, the underfloor heating ensures a comfortable indoor climate. There are 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and a comfortable sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 8 people. The large room features two box-spring beds (180x200 cm & 140x200 cm), which can be separated by sliding curtains to create the feeling of two separate sleeping areas. There is also a cosy sleeper sofa (160 cm). The second bedroom features another double bed. We work with our guests to arrange the room layout individually based on their preferences and the number of guests. Our bathroom, complete with a shower and bathtub, as well as the infrared sauna, round out your special stay. A high-quality, fully equipped brand-name kitchen is available for your culinary delights.
Use of the sauna is charged at an additional €20.00.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 10:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
