Cosy ground-floor holiday rental with a private terrace: The unit features a combined living room and kitchen with a kitchenette, as well as a dining area with a table and chairs. A separate bedroom with a double bed ensures a restful night’s sleep, while the bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, is perfect for relaxing outdoors. The practical amenities—including an oven, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and TV—provide everything you need for a pleasant stay.



Our three holiday apartments are located in a quiet setting next to our farm, which is home to cows, calves, ponies, and chickens. Enjoy a magnificent mountain view and the fresh country air. Located right on the Königsstraße—ideal for bike rides through the beautiful surroundings. Perfect for nature lovers and families seeking peace and quiet and a taste of rural life.



On-site fees: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request. An extra bed can be provided upon request for a fee of €5.00 per night. Pets are allowed for a fee of €5.00 per pet per night. The visitor’s tax will be charged separately on-site. From May through September: €1.40 per person per night (children ages 7–17: €0.90 per person per night). From October through April: €1.25 per person per night (children ages 7–17: €0.85 per person per night). Children 6 and under are exempt from the tourist tax.
