The "Nassfeld Pass Pisten View" apartment is located in the Sonnenalpe Nassfeld Resort (at Passo Pramollo, just 100 meters from the Italian border) and offers a 43 m² ground-floor apartment for up to 4 guests. It features 1 bedroom, a living/kitchen/dining area (fully equipped kitchen), and 1 bathroom. Amenities include free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, TV, and elevator. Enjoy direct ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes, with a direct descent from the basement to the Madritschen chairlift. A ski room with lockable storage and heated boot rack lets you return straight from the slopes. In summer, bike and mountain bike rentals are available on site.



Outside, your private balcony offers a direct view of the piste. Bicycles can be stored on the balcony or in the underground garage.



A reserved underground parking spot is included for the apartment; parking in front of the building or in other numbered spots is not permitted. General parking spaces are available at the resort entrance. Pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted on the property.



A tractor shuttle connects the entire alpine and ski area, with a stop right outside the building, operating year-round. Restaurants, bars, and après-ski venues are within a 5–10 minute walk. A swing attraction and a cheese dairy are nearby. Day passes for the wellness area of a nearby hotel are available for an extra fee.
