The “Rheinhessen Auszeit” holiday home is located in the idyllic town of Wendelsheim in the heart of Rheinhessen and is surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, and expansive fields. Its peaceful setting amidst nature makes the house an ideal retreat for anyone looking to combine relaxation, enjoyment, and scenic beauty. Well-maintained biking and hiking trails start right at the house and wind through the distinctive wine region, inviting you to enjoy leisurely excursions. At the same time, the nearby towns of Alzey, Bad Kreuznach, Mainz, and Worms offer a wide range of cultural, culinary, and sightseeing opportunities.
The surrounding area is characterised by Rheinhessen hospitality as well as a wide selection of wineries, wine taverns, and wine shops where you can discover regional wines and specialities. Thanks to its central location, Wendelsheim is an excellent starting point for a varied holiday combining nature, wine, and culture. Free parking right at the house also ensures a convenient arrival.



Holiday home, shower, toilet:

The lovingly renovated and fully modernised holiday home accommodates up to seven adults and one toddler, combining modern living comfort with functional, family-friendly amenities. The ground floor features a bedroom with a double bed and a cosy living and dining area with a large table that seats up to eight people. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, and coffee maker, and offers everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. The ground floor also includes a guest bathroom with a shower and a sheltered seating area in the courtyard.
On the upper floor, there are three additional bedrooms, including one with a double bed, one with a single bed and a cot, and another with two single beds. A large bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower provides additional comfort. Additional amenities include bed linens and towels, a high chair, and board games. The entire house is non-smoking; pets are not allowed, and free parking is available directly in front of the property.



On-site fees: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival.Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival.A cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
