Riki is a great host. Met us for check-in and walk us through the apartment. Showed where everything is and had a little welcome gift is cookies, popcorn and lemonade. Easy walk to downtown Del Mar avenue for the shops and restaurants. Little less than half mile walk to the pier and beach. Very much enjoyed our stay.

The owner was excellent. Very informative of the unit. The kitchen was perfect. We did not cook a meal we did easy simple meals and ate main meal out.

Wonderful relaxing week

Property was perfect walkable distance to shops and beach. Sheets and bed and pillows were soft and supportive. Host was super responsive. House and property were very clean. Loved the deck great place to eat dinners do yoga and read I'll be back for sure.

San Clemente visit with family

Everything was great. Location perect. Everything was in walking distance...farmer's market, French bakery :-). we stayed for 8 days with our two Boston Terriers and Riki's Santa Barbara Cottage was a great choice.

Property was as advertised. Very clean and cozy. Even though it is in a crowded neighborhood it still felt very private. The host was very personable, kind, easy to contact and made the check in process very easy and stress free

Relaxing stay!

We have been to this property several times and always return. Perfect location, close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Riki the host is the best at what she does. We never have a problem. Will be back again soon.

Five stars for SB Cottage

My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much. Riki thought of everything for this cute cottage, we were so comfortable here! The AC was the icing on the cake for us, very very nice! Also quick walk to shops in town or the beach. We will be back!

Spacious, comfortable property in perfect location!

The property was spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located close to town and close to the beach. Riki was wonderful to work with, and took the time to stop by, and make sure everything was great. Having an off-street parking spot was also very convenient. We'll definitely be back!

Great host and great location

Riki was a great host. Great communication with her before our arrival and during our stay . Nice location with everything you go to a place like San Clemente close by. (Beach, Del Mar for dining and shopping, and, of course , the beach.) House was very cute and very roomy. Riki keeps it well stocked with all necessary supplies, etc. Bed was very comfortable . Very nice front patio to sit on. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful cottage walking distance to the beach!

Rikki was a great and easy to work with. She checked in on us to make sure we were settled and if we needed anything. The cottage is well equipped with everything we needed such as dishes, towels, shampoo and conditioner, beach chairs, sand toys for my kids, outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before coming into the cottage. A lot of nice little touches. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly neighbors. 8 minute walk to the Pier and beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was lovely! We will definately stay here agin when we visit San Clemente next time.

San Clemente Quiet Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Riki's place. The pictures are accurate and you are within walking distance of the downtown area in one direction (about 5-6 minutes) and the beach area (about 8 minutes walking in the other direction). As a suggestion to any renters, we figured out that you can walk to the beach with your beach chairs, umbrellas, etc and take the trolley back and walk down about two blocks back to your place. The neighborhood is nice and everyone we met was friendly and would just say hello which was nice. It's nice that there is a garage available because parking in the area is quite tight. The only suggestion I have is to have a vehicle with a little clearance because of how the ground leading up to the garage slopes a little bit. Other than that I would recommend this unit by giving it 5 stars. We were there from 5/19-5/27/2023. It's also nice that there is a full bathroom and a half bath which is just a nice added bonus. We hope to go back next year if there is availability. We love the beach and this unit definitely helps to make beach access easy to get to based on the location.

Great Place/Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at “Beautiful Views”. Location was close to everything- shops, restaurants, the pier and trolley. The place was fully equipped to cook and eat in or to have happy hour out on the large deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to anyone visiting San Clemente!

Incredible Cottage

Rikki was an amazing host! Everything was perfect! The deck had comfy furniture and there was even a BBQ (even though I didn't use it, just to know it was there was awesome). Loved the beachy decor in the cottage...so good. And... walking to the San Clemente beach is less than 10 minutes away!!

Close to everything

This little charm was a nice place to stay. The floors were cleaner than anywhere I’ve stayed. The queen bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was really good. Towels and sheets were soft and smelled fresh. Easy walk to beach. There was no ocean view- maybe if it were sunnier I could see it standing in the house through some power lines. Could not hear ocean from the cottage even though the location is so close to the beach. Good communication from Riki. Enjoyed my stay.
