The 134-square-meter holiday rental on the upper floor features two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a spacious living-dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area opens onto a private balcony. The holiday rental can accommodate up to ten people and is perfect for large families with children, a group of friends, or small teams. Both bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed. The master bedroom also features a sofa bed that can be made up upon request. Additionally, the room has space for a baby cot. The sofa in the living-dining area can be converted into a sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface of 180 x 200 cm upon request. This allows the holiday rental to accommodate up to eight people. Upon request, two additional fold-out beds can be set up in the spacious holiday rental, providing a total of ten sleeping spots. The spacious bathroom with a window features a walk-in shower and a large bathtub. Natural bath salts are provided for a special pampering experience. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking. Spices, coffee, and tea are available for your use during your stay. Upon request, we can provide a high chair, a travel cot, and other items. You can find a list of available amenities on our website. The living area and the second bedroom offer direct access to the private covered balcony.



The house in Haag is located close to the town centre on a quiet cul-de-sac. Shops for daily necessities are within walking distance. Free parking is available in front of the house. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the immediate proximity to numerous premium hiking and biking trails. The house consists of two separate, modern holiday apartments and a coworking space, which can be booked separately. After an eventful day, you can relax in our relaxation room. A small, well-equipped exercise room is also available for light fitness or, for example, a morning yoga session.
Upon request, you can pamper yourself with services from our treatment partners and trainers—whether it’s a massage, pedicure, or a private one-on-one yoga session.
For longer stays, we also offer the option to book a private barrel sauna upon request and subject to availability.
When renovating and furnishing our apartment, we placed special emphasis on quality and regional products. In collaboration with local businesses and manufacturers, we actively support small businesses in the surrounding area.



On-site costs: Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Check-out is due by 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code for the keybox well in advance of your arrival. A cot, travel cot, extra bed, high chair, or changing table can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. Wellness treatments (massages, pedicures, etc.) Since we reserve appointments exclusively for our guests, the following cancellation policies apply: • Up to 48 hours before the appointment: no charge • Less than 48 hours before the appointment: 80% of the treatment price • Less than 24 hours in advance or in case of a no-show: 100% of the treatment price Again, please contact us well in advance—we always strive to find a fair and personalised solution.
