Completed in 1913, the building that houses this Berlin loft apartment began life as a printing factory. Today, the stunning third-floor loft—which retains some of its quaint industrial features, such as exposed brickwork, and incorporates found and handcrafted items—offers a uniquely renovated urban setting for short-stay visitors and film shoots.

A beautiful example of Berlin’s growing trend of converting factories and warehouses, the apartment spans an impressive 280 sqm and sleeps up to 12 people in five bedrooms. The manager, Sebastian, also happens to be a talented photographer, and his work adorns the walls.
