Stay during christmas

We stayed in this house 3 nights and really like it. The hosts were very kind and provided us with a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations in the house. So we were able to decorate the tree with the children and celebrate with a real Christmas tree. They were also very cooperative with the check in/out times. Really very kind!

Huis was netjes en modern. Fijne bedden en keuken met genoeg zitplaatsen. Wel zijn 2 badkamers voor grotere groepen echt te weinig. Ook missen we een huiskamer. Voor de rest een top verblijf gehad.

Silvesterurlaub für große Gruppen

Das Objekt war sehr sauber. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und an den zwei Esstischen gab es genügend Platz für 19 Personen. Bei der Bettenanzahl wäre ein drittes WC wünschenswert gewesen. Zudem wäre eine Tür vom Essbereich in die Küche sinnvoll, um den Lärm etwas besser zu isolieren, da wir auch Kleinkinder dabei hatten, welche natürlich eher ins Bett gehen als die Erwachsenen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung.... Vorschlag: Vielleicht sollte man sich mit den Gegebenheiten des Hauses vor Buchung mal richtig beschäftigen, insbesondere wenn man mehrfach vorher dazu aufgefordert wird. Auch sollte man bei der Buchung bzw. Anreise den Vermieter mitteilen das man Haustiere mitbringt und die Hausordnung nicht gelesen hat und diese auch nicht lesen wird. Es tut uns Leid Ihren Erwartungen als Erzieherin einer Jugendhilfe Gruppe nicht gerecht geworden zu sein. Das Konzept des Hauses beruht auf Funktionalität und Sauberkeit bei niedrigen Preisen. Als Jugendhilfe Gruppe hätten wir Sie natürlich gerne wieder begrüßt. Wir möchten Sie aber bitten, anderen Vermietern vor Buchung mitzuteilen, dass Sie die Hausordnung, andere Gäste sowie vertragliche Vereinbarungen nicht interessieren werden. Das sind nämlich die Bewertungen welche Sie von uns bekommen. Da wir bereits mehrfach Jugendgruppen zu Gast hatten können wir Ihnen reflektieren, dass Ihre angewandte Qualität der Arbeit mit hilfsbedürftigen Jugendlichen, eine andere ist, als die wir bis Dato kennengelernt haben. Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Hier kann man mit einer größeren Gruppe sehr gut entspannen oder Touren nach Berlin beginnen. Alles war super gepflegt und toll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat auch super geklappt.

Gut für Kurzaufenthalte…

…für längere Familienaufenthalte alles in allem ein wenig zu spartanisch. Händehandtücher in den Bädern wären toll gewesen, sowie ein zweites Schneidbrett in der Küche. Check-in/Check-out hervorragend glatt gelaufen, wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Kurzzeiturlaub Männertag

Sehr schönes modern und ausreichend eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Großer Essbereich mit viel Platz. Alle wichtigen Küchengeräte vorhanden. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist ziemlich steil, deshalb kleine Kinder nicht ohne Aufsicht. Eine Couch gibt es nicht, aber einen sehr großen Fernseher. Das W-Lan funktionierte perfekt. Der eingezäunte Außenbereich bietet einen großen möblierten Sitzbereich. Das Grün ist außerhalb des Objektes zu finden. Ein Wald befindet sich gleich 100m entfernt. Für Hunde gut geeignet, da alles eingezäunt. Wir waren 11 Personen mit Kleinkind und zwei Hunden. Auch in der Umgebung gab es viele Möglichkeiten zu Fuß oder dann kurze Strecke mit dem Auto.
