I was delighted to stay in this cosy apartment in October 2023 for a week. Stepping out from the studio apartment into the delightful sunny garden with Fig, Olive trees & cacti was a real joy. There was facility to safely park the car in a carport within the grounds. The location 25 minutes from the airport was ideal for venturing to the hilltop villages or to the coast. My hosts Sylvie & Pierre were charming and expressing my love of fresh figs was treated to a jar of Sylvie’s homemade fig jam. Delicious. The apartment was clean and well equipped for all needs. Toller Aufenthalt- gerne immer wieder!

Wir hatten zu dritt (Paar mit Hund) einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt bei Sylvie & Pierre. Die beiden sind herzensgute Menschen die sich Mühe geben jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen & bemüht sind, dass es ihren Gästen an nichts fehlt. Wir buchten Last Minute und die beiden haben uns den Urlaub gerettet. Wir hatten einen sehr enttäuschenden Aufenthalt in einer anderen Ferienwohnung und sind sehr froh dass wir diesen abbrachen & uns noch zu einem zweiten Versuch in der Region durchgerungen haben. Überdachter CarPort, saubere Küche & Wohnung, traumhafter Garten zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Es ist alles da was man brauchen kann & das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Alles in Einem: Wirklich toll & weiterzuempfehlen.

Séjour fort agréable chez Sylvie et Pierre

Hôtes très accueillants et à l’écoute. Le studio est confortable, équipé juste comme il faut et très bien aménagé. Le jardin est un véritable havre de paix. Sans oublier, la présence du petit Kedi, le chat, qui est si mignon et qui adore être câliné.

Wunderschönes kleines Appartment mit großartigem Garten

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Sylvie und Pierre unglaublich genossen. Das kleine Appartment hat einen bezaubernden Garten mit Kumquats und Feigen. Sylvie und Pierre waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zurvorkommend. Jeder Zeit wieder!

Très contents de notre récent séjour

Joli studio, très propre et fonctionnel. Accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. La localisation du studio est parfaite pour visiter les environs ( Cannes, Nice, Grasses...et petits villages perchés). Je recommande.

Superbe Séjour

Nous sommes venus avec mon compagnon dans cette location située dans Le Rouret pour 1 semaine. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par nos hôtes, il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer de super vacances. Nous avons profitez de l'extérieur, des transats étaient à nos disposition c'était très agréable. Nos hôtes ont été extrêmement discrets et étaient présent quand en avait le besoin. Vraiment je recommande vivement, c'était un super séjour! :)

Charmant studio avec terrasse très agréable

Nous avons été très bien reçus par Sylvie et Pierre. Les lieux correspondent parfaitement à l'annonce et le jardin constitue 1 véritable pièce en plus où dîner et paresser ! Les propriétaires sont à la fois très discrets et attentifs. Bref, le pied à terre idéal pour un séjour dans l'arrière-pays niçois.

Schöne, kleine und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Mittendrin und doch sehr ruhig mit grossem Garten, welcher unter alten Olivenbäumen zum verweilen einlädt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und besorgt für einen angenehmen Ferienaufenthalt. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, jedoch gut gehalten. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöner Garten zum Frühstücken und Entspannen. Ruhige Lage und sehr angenehme Vermieter. Wir waren zufrieden. Für den Regen konnten sie ja nichts : ) Und es gab einen Stellplatz mit Dach bei geschlossenem Tor.Gut für Oldtimerfahrer!

Excellent accommodation

I stayed in this studio for one month and cannot praise it enough. The location is central, near everything I needed to do. The garden was a pleasure to be in and eating outdoors was very nice. The owners were very welcoming and approachable and I would like to stay with them again. The studio was comfortable with every mod con, wifi included. It was easy to keep clean and tidy but big enough to have friends come and stay.

Un vrai petit paradis !

Ce studio est idyllique pour 2 personnes (+ 1 caniche) aimant le calme, le repos et la gentillesse des propriétaires (merci à Sylvie et Pierre). Un jardin agréable, bleu grâce aux touffes d’iris à la période de notre réservation (paysage digne de la peinture de Van Goth {les iris} – 1889 – St Rémy). Les nobles oliviers inspirent la tranquillité, la réflexion, et, ils font profiter d’un coin ombragé pour les repas. Pour résumer : un vrai petit paradis ! Séjour magnifique (15 jours) où nous avons pu découvrir la Côte d’Azur (Nice, Cannes, Monaco ….), l’arrière pays (St Paul, Vence, Tourrettes sur Loup), les gorges du Verdon et Moustiers St Marie.

un séjour agréable, au calme et sous le soleil !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires.La location est bien équipée pour 2 personnes, bien entretenue et le jardin dont on peut bénificier, nous a permis de prendre touts nos repas dehors, à l'ombre d'un olivier, car il faisait bien chaud ! Nous avons fait plusieurs petites randonnées (de nombreux guides dans la location) Excellent restaurant à conseiller aux gourmets :"l'Ecole des filles" à Bar sur Loup (dans l'ancienne école du célèbre pédagogue Célestin Freinet); c'est un peu cher mais la cuisine est originale et succulente (il faut réserver à l'avance si on veut être sûr d'avoir de la place !) N'hésitez pas à venir découvrir cette location !
