Welcome to our spacious semi-detached home in the St. Peter-Dorf area—the ideal place for a relaxing North Sea holiday with family and friends. With approximately 123 square metres of living space, there’s plenty of room for up to eight people.

On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms: The first, second, and third bedrooms each feature a double bed for two people, and the second bedroom also includes a cot. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds placed one behind the other. The bathroom is also located on the upper floor.

The ground floor features a cosy living and dining room with a TV, a separate bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Enjoy sunny hours on the large southwest-facing terrace and in the spacious garden. A gas grill is perfect for barbecues with friends and family. A garage and additional parking spaces on the property are available to you.

The semi-detached house is located in a prime location right in the village of St. Peter. Cafés, restaurants, and shopping options, as well as the unique beach at St. Peter-Ording, are all within easy walking distance.
