Charming gîte classified as a 3-star "furnished tourist accommodation", with a capacity of 8 people, with access to all the activities present on the estate. Located in the Vienne in the Poitou-Charentes region close to Monts sur Guesnes, an attractive tourist area, rich in very varied discoveries. Close to Futuroscope, the Loire Castles, the Cadre Noir de Saumur, the city of Richelieu, the Loire Valley vineyard, Beauval Zoo, Puy du Fou, the Poitevin Marsh...



The space

This spacious cottage sleeps 8. With an area of 130 m² on 2 levels, it consists of:



On the ground floor:



1 living room with fireplace and TV/DVD player

1 kitchen (refrigerator/freezer - 4-burner cooktop - traditional oven & microwave oven - dishwasher - electric coffee maker (filter & capsule) and dining area

1 bedroom with 1 double bed & bathroom with shower and private toilet



Upstairs:



3 bedrooms (two with double bed and one with 2 single beds)

2 bathrooms with shower and toilet



The whole is decorated with a private terrace overlooking the orchard, with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.



You can also enjoy the activities present on the estate: outdoor games, table tennis, bike rental (8 bicycles available), fitness equipment, and swimming pool (open from June to September, 12m x 5.5m with a depth of 1.65m, featuring a wading area, sun loungers, and a secured gate). A private sauna is also available on request. Families will appreciate the baby cot, high chair, and children's toys and books.



Your hosts live on-site and offer thoughtful touches such as homemade jam and locally grown fruits. Breakfast is also available for an additional fee.
