Charming house in the countryside, peacefully set between the Rhône and Loire, surrounded by fields and hills. Full of character, this is a tranquil, romantic place with a warm, comfortable atmosphere.
Ground floor of 135 m², fully enclosed 500 m² garden—perfect for your dogs (no cats allowed).
The ground floor features two living rooms. One cozy lounge area has a chaise sofa and a 140 cm BZ sofa bed with a Bultex mattress. Enjoy TV with streaming box and Chromecast, Hi-Fi system, and multimedia options. There’s also a desk, foosball table, and a small library.
The second living room has a fireplace and an open mezzanine bedroom above with a 160 cm bed.
Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and all essentials.
Bathroom with bathtub.
Just 40 minutes from Lyon via the A89, 15 minutes from Roanne, and 20 minutes from Lac des Sapins, where you can enjoy activities like the natural swimming pool, canoeing, pedal boats, treetop adventure park, mountain biking, and horse riding.
On site: horse riding, mountain biking, hiking, and foosball at the house. This home is perfect for romantic weekends, family holidays, sporty or relaxing breaks, and business trips. Ideal if you need rest or want to walk in the countryside without driving.
Long-term stays are welcome—perfect for remote work. Excellent fiber internet connection.
