About this property

Kilian Vacation Home—with a lake view and a fenced-in garden near the beach

Our Kilian**** holiday home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet, and 2 sinks), 1 living and dining area, and a fenced-in yard. The area beyond the fence is also available for relaxing and playing—for example, at our own ping-pong table. In addition to the curtains on the windows, there are wooden shutters for blocking out the light. A separate room houses the washing machine and dryer. The patio is covered, and there’s a barbecue area. The small pond is right next to the garden (not a swimming lake). The area is perfect for walking and biking. The entire garden is fenced in, making it ideal for dogs. It’s 800 metres to the “Speicherbecken” swimming lake, which features a stylish restaurant, a large playground, and a sandy beach. The lake offers additional activities: stand-up paddleboarding, windsurfing, sailing, diving, or simply swimming in the lake.

Shopping options are 3 km away, and a highly recommended bakery is 1 km away.
