From the south-facing balcony, you can see the Grömitz pier and parts of the Baltic Sea.

The entire 2-room apartment features high-quality vinyl flooring, as well as tile and cork flooring, creating a warm and cosy living environment.

The bedroom features a spacious double bed (2x 90 cm x 190 cm), along with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, and exterior blinds to block out the light.

The small but charming kitchen is partially open to the living room and is equipped with all the kitchen appliances you’ll need for your holiday.

From the dining table by the large picture window overlooking the Baltic Sea, you can soak up the first rays of sunshine and plan your day. The window has an electric roller shade and an awning for the balcony.

The tiled bathroom features a shower (with a low threshold), a toilet, and a sink with a mirror cabinet.

For general use, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the first building. There is also a communal bicycle storage room (we cannot guarantee availability).

A numbered parking space is available in front of the building for your car.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and is suitable for a maximum of 2 people.
Pets are not allowed here. Bed linens and towels are not included.

Currently, the apartment does NOT have Wi-Fi, but it is planned to be installed soon.
