This very stylish and well-maintained 80-square-meter holiday rental for 4 people is located on the upper floor of our house, a historic director’s villa at the entrance to Füssen, and is very quiet despite its location near traffic.
From here, you can set out to explore the many nearby recreational opportunities in the Ostallgäu region, and in just a seven-minute walk, you’ll reach the historic town centre of Füssen with its Mediterranean flair or the shores of Lake Forggensee.

The villa, which is part of the town’s history, has recently been lovingly restored and furnished in a modern, stylish manner without sacrificing a cosy, homely atmosphere.

Enjoy breakfast on the large loggia overlooking the Tegelberg, Säuling, and Neuschwanstein Castle—a guaranteed way to start the best days of your family holiday—or end the day with a fine glass of wine.

The large, very bright living room features a cosy wood-burning stove and windows reminiscent of a sunroom. The whole family can find their favourite spot on the large, cosy corner couch, and in the comfortable XXL chaise longue around the corner in front of the custom-built bookshelves, you can browse books comfortably and relax without losing sight of the family entirely.

Even your little ones will find plenty of room to play on the floor.
The landlord’s favourite colour is a light spring green, which appears throughout the entire apartment. She, the landlord, places great importance on cleanliness, so naturally all the sofa cushions are washed before your arrival.

The elegant character of the custom-built shelves in the living room is echoed in the bedroom. From the large wardrobe to the wall panelling and the bed—everything is crafted by a single artisan. The large bed with an adjustable slatted frame stands beneath the high sloping ceiling, so there’s no need to duck your head.

A step from here onto the large loggia and a deep breath let you start the day feeling refreshed.
Fly screens on the windows keep out pesky nighttime visitors even here in the summer.

This bright kitchen has everything a modern heart desires. It’s sure to inspire you to cook your family’s favourite meals, and the extendable table becomes a cosy gathering spot.

Two large single beds, a closet, nightstands, and desks ensure that your children feel right at home. The colourful rug in the middle of the room invites your children to play.

​The flat-screen TV can be turned on, but doesn’t have to be, so there won’t be any arguments over what to watch during your holiday.

Like all the rooms, the large bathroom stands out for its brightness. The XXL vanity is guaranteed to have enough space for the whole family’s toiletries.
