Plenty of space for spending time together—and for peace and quiet: Three cosy bedrooms accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 toddler. In the large living room, you can settle in on the sofa arrangement, while the dining room—with its large corner bench—is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast together, play games, or plan your next outing. Books, board games, and suggestions for outings are provided. The fully equipped country-style kitchen makes self-catering a breeze. There are also two bathrooms (including separate toilets), a bathtub, a shower, a washing machine, and, of course, free Wi-Fi. The Smart TV with Joyn PLUS+ ensures cosy evenings. Outside, it’s truly lovely: the terrace features seating and a grill. Just about 100 metres away is our large meadow right by the stream. Under the old trees, you can relax in a hammock or deck chair, read, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. Families will love the nearby large playground with a water play area and football goal. Cyclists, take note: Several beautiful bike routes run right through Uiffingen—including the Grünkern Bike Trail and the Main-Tauber-Franconian Bike Eight. You can store your bikes safely in the garage. Technicians, tradespeople, and business travellers also appreciate the villa as a comfortable temporary home.
