Historic charm meets modern comfort: Our lovingly renovated 1936 city villa offers 150 m² of space for up to 8 guests and 3 dogs – perfect for families, friends, and anyone seeking a relaxing getaway in the Harz region.



With 5 bedrooms, SweetDreams provides plenty of privacy for everyone. Two modern bathrooms ensure comfort even with a full house.



Children are welcome, but must be included in the total guest count—please list them as adults when booking. A baby cot, high chair, toys, and children's books are available.



The heart of the house is the spacious living and dining area—ideal for shared breakfasts, relaxed evenings, or games. The fully equipped kitchen features a Nespresso Vertuo capsule machine and a filter coffee maker. High-speed Wi-Fi, TV with video-on-demand, and a washing machine are provided.



Your dogs are warmly welcome! The fenced garden offers a safe place to play and relax, while you enjoy the terrace or balcony. On sunny days, the grill invites you to cozy evenings.



Restaurants, a supermarket, and other amenities are within walking distance. Two parking spaces and an EV charging station are available. Flexible self-check-in makes your arrival easy.



The villa is a perfect base for exploring the South Harz and Harz—whether hiking, on family outings, or with your dogs. In winter, there is a ski storage room.
