Simplesmente incrível!

Alugamos a cada na Ilhabela por 4 dias e foram dias inesquecíveis. A casa é excelente, espaçosa, com cara de casa de praia mesmo... uma decoração alegre, cheia de vida. Fomos em 17 adultos e duas crianças e todos ficaram muito bem acomodados. O ponto mais importante e que nos deixou muito felizes foi a presença da Graça, a caseira da casa. Ela e sua família não mediram esforços para deixar tudo perfeito para a nossa chegada e, durante a nossa estadia também. Mônica, a anfitriã é apaixonante e nos deu diversas orientações e dicas da Ilha. Assim que tivermos oportunidade, voltaremos com toda certeza. Obrigada por todo carinho conosco!

Older but spacious home in a quiet neighborhood

The good: professional/attentive/polite housekeeper who cooks well, clean home and lovely private grounds, nice/convenient pool on premise that is cleaned every morning, quiet/peaceful neighborhood, plenty of space, and great selection of books O bom: caseira profissional / atenciosa / educada que cozinha bem, casa limpa e jardins privados encantadores, piscina agradável / conveniente que é limpa todas as manhãs, bairro calmo / tranquilo, muito espaço e ótima seleção de livros The bad: place is old and needs renovation - especially the kitchen, A/C units in bedrooms are very noisy, one A/C unit was broken and didn't get repaired until the end of the stay, all bedrooms need ceiling fans, some of the mattresses are lumpy and need replacement, weak lighting throughout the house, some window screens have holes or are non-existent which allows bugs in O ruim: a casa precisa de reforma - especialmente a cozinha, as unidades de A / C nos quartos são muito barulhentas, uma unidade de A / C estava quebrada e não foi reparada até o final da estadia, todos os quartos precisam de ventiladores de teto, alguns dos colchões precisam ser trocados, pouca iluminação em toda a casa, algumas telas de janelas têm furos ou são inexistentes, o que permite insetos entrar Note: the listing is misleading (and the property manager was not upfront when asked) as 3 of the 10 suites are not in the main house but require a walk outside through the backyard to access. Casa excelente. Muito espaco

A casa é uma delícia. Muito espaçosa a área externa é linda, a piscina churrasqueira campo futebol. Valeu muito a pena a d graça q trabalha lá é muito atenciosa e cozinha muito bem. Lugar excelente p crianças. Certamente vamos voltar.
