About this property

"MARESIAS" - BEAUTIFUL HOUSE - 5 SUITES FOR UP TO 14 PEOPLE - SWIMMING POOL TOTAL SECURITY

The house is +700 meters from the beach in a quiet and safe street, between Pousada da Toca and Pousada Canto Mágico (Av. Guanabara), supports at most 14 adults. We do not rent more than this because we have 4 double beds, 4 single beds and 2 sofa beds distributed in 5 suites plus the mezzanine.
Garage for 4 cars with automatic gate.

We do not provide bed linens, bathing suits or hygiene and cleaning supplies.

There is a housekeeper who lives in the property, in a detached house and separated from other dependencies, who will be responsible for taking care of the house, cleaning the pool, bathrooms and kitchen (without preparing meals) once a day. This service is already included in the daily rate.
The house is richly decorated, with all the kitchen facilities, plates, glasses, cutlery, pans and dishes, etc ...
Barbecue, pizza oven, TV, 2 refrigerators being a duplex plus a freezer, ceiling fans in all environments. Air conditioning in master bedroom and back lounge. 5x10 pool with table and chairs on deck in masonry with wood and shower.

Agradável estadia!

Estivemos na casa em 13 pessoas e desde o início fomos muito bem tratados tanto pelo proprietário Paulo quanto pela caseira Aline, que foi muito gentil e resolveu todos os problemas durante a estadia. A casa é grande, muito bonita e bem cuidada, acomoda muito bem um grupo de pessoas, oferece cadeiras de praia, churrasqueira, forno de pizza, itens variados de cozinha, piscina, ar condicionado em todos os quartos e estrutura no geral. O único ponto é que a casa fica cerca de 10-15 minutos andando até à praia, o que por um lado é bom pela tranquilidade, mas por outro pode deixar um pouco cansativo caso fiquem muitos dias. Recomendamos a estadia, fomos muito bem assessorados e tivemos ótimos dias de descanso, praia e piscina.

O Paulo é atencioso e flexibilizou nosso checkin e tbm viabilizou uma boa recepção. A caseira Angélica nos recebeu muito bem. A limpeza da cozinha e banheiros não ocorre diariamente como mencionado na descrição do anúncio. Não entendemos se tínhamos que pedir ou seria feito espontaneamente. Somente a piscina é limpa todo dia. ( salvo último dia ) Utensílios e eletrodomésticos merecem uma atenção melhor. As 2 geladeiras e 1 freezer funcionam muito bem, como o ar condicionado de todos os quartos. Casa boa, mas na minha experiência de aluguel de casas nessa faixa de preço, não é compatível com o valor cobrado. Paguei 1.900,00 a diária .

A casa é muito agradável, espaçosa e com uma área comum bem equipada. Fica em uma rua tranquila, possui acomodações confortáveis para as 10 pessoas. A piscina e a área da churrasqueira são próximas e permitem que os hóspedes possam curtir bastante a área externa. Tanto a Cris (caseira) como o Paulo (proprietário) são extremamente simpáticos e solícitos. Superou completamente as minhas expectativas e com certeza é minha primeira opção de hospedagem em Maresias.

Conforto, segurança e praticidade

Estivemos na casa no período de 26/01/18 a 28/01/2018, num grupo de 10 pessoas, nossa estadia foi perfeita, desde a reserva ao período de hospedagem, tudo muito satisfatório, o Sr. Paulo foi bem atencioso e simpático em suas explicações. A casa é ampla, c/ ótima localização e ambiente muito agradável, a caseira Cristina, prestou toda assistência durante a nossa estadia. Recomendo a casa e espero voltar em breve!

Fui no periodo do ano novo para a casa em Maresias e não tenho do que reclamar ! Desde o momento da reserva o Paulo sempre muito atencioso tirou todas as dúvidas e esteve sempre à disposição ! Fiquei na casa com 10 pessoas e todas ficaram super bem acomodadas , a área externa é ampla e a casa é bem equipada ! A caseira Cris , sempre simpática , organizou a casa todos os dias e estava sempre presente para qualquer ajuda ! Agradeço e espero voltar em breve !

Otima

Muito boa a casa, ficamos super bem instalados. A caseira Cris, nos atendeu super bem e colaborava para nosso bem estar promovendo a limpeza da cozinha e banheiros, não tivemos problemas algum no imóvel.A casa é muito bem servida de utensílios domésticos. Unica coisa que faltou mesmo foi um ar condicionado rsrsr, pois o calor foi intenso e os ventiladores de teto não conseguiram dar conta. Fora isso, só tenho a agradecer ao Paulo e a sua funcionaria Cris, que nos atenderam super bem. Recomendo e pretendo voltar.
