This accommodation is located on the first and second floors of an old townhouse in Solingen and has been lovingly renovated by us. It features two bedrooms with double beds, plus sleeping accommodation in the attic, as well as a large open-concept kitchen and living area with a bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a 5-burner gas stove. The dining room has a wood-burning stove that provides cosy warmth. All rooms are equipped with electric ceiling heating.
The apartment is ideal for families and business travellers who want to feel completely at home.

The property has been optimised energetically, spiritually, and ecologically, especially for sensitive guests and those with allergies. The entire apartment is plastered with clay and painted with natural clay paints, leaving no room for allergens, chemical pollutants, or negative energy.
