Isar Apartment with Kitchen, Sunroom, and Terrace

Welcome to our apartment in Munich’s Isarvorstadt area.
Ideally located between Theresienwiese, the Isar River, and Sendlinger Tor, this cosy and warmly furnished apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers the following amenities:

- Bedroom with a queen-size box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm)
- Open-concept living/dining area with a sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm)
- Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, and tea
- Wi-Fi, smart TV, and Netflix access
- Washing machine/dryer

Our “Isar Apartment,” located right near the lively Dreimühlenviertel area and Theresienwiese, awaits you with high-quality amenities.
Start your day with a hot cup of coffee or tea, which you can enjoy in one of our comfortable armchairs in the bright sunroom overlooking the lush inner courtyard. Make yourself at home in our cosy apartment.

The apartment has everything you need for a great trip to Munich. It’s warm and inviting, with very stylish furnishings. The modern yet cosy design invites you to unwind and relax after a busy day packed with activities.

After unlocking the gate to the courtyard with the code, you’ll reach the barrier-free apartment on the ground floor of the rear building. Upon opening the front door, you’ll step directly into the open-concept living and dining area with a kitchen and a coat closet to the right of the fridge/freezer. The door on the right leads to the bathroom, and the one on the left leads to the bedroom.

The bedroom features a very comfortable queen-size box-spring bed (160 cm × 200 cm) and an open closet with a chest of drawers where you can store your clothes and accessories.
The bedroom offers plenty of comfort so you can relax after a long day in Munich. It’s also very quiet, facing the inner courtyard. The blackout curtains ensure that you can sleep in a little longer in the morning.

Right next to the bedroom is the modern shower room. It’s equipped with a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, a large shower, and a convenient washer-dryer combo. In the vanity cabinet, you’ll find facial tissues, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. Thanks to the well-lit mirror, the bathroom is perfect for getting ready for a great evening in Munich and then admiring yourself at your best.

To the left of the bathroom is the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with basic cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, and oil. There’s a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic hob, an oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans, as well as sharp knives, are also provided.
The inviting dining area right next to it seats up to 4 people and is perfect for lively conversations with the cook over a glass of wine.
You’ll also find plenty of restaurants and bars in the area where you can treat yourself to some culinary delights.
Gather around the round dining table to eat, drink, and enjoy each other’s company. Perfect for a long, fun, and cheerful evening.

Viewed from the kitchen, our cosy living area is located behind the dining table. There, on the left, you’ll find a stylish, cosy sofa with plenty of pillows and a 32-inch smart TV with Netflix access.
If needed, two additional guests can stay here overnight. The pull-out sofa bed can easily be converted into a comfortable bed with a separate topper, measuring 140 cm × 200 cm.

Adjacent to the living area is our bright sunroom, which overlooks the green courtyard, features two comfortable armchairs, and provides access to the terrace.
Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea and wind down in the evening with a glass of wine.

Thanks to the variety of lamps and lighting options in the apartment, you can customise the lighting to suit your wishes and preferences.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available in our cosy apartment, so you can simply open your laptop and continue working or read your emails in peace.

In addition, the apartment features the following amenities:
- Fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, electric kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee and tea included)
- Dish soap, new sponges, dishcloths, and tea towels
- Guest towels, hand soap, and a hair dryer
