A TRUE GEM and located in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach, this modern 2 story condo is fully furnished and has everything you need for your paradise getaway. As you enter the property on the main floor you will find the living room kitchen & half bath. The living room features a fireplace and there is an outdoor patio off of the dining room. Upstairs are the two ensuite bedrooms with queen size beds with the master boasting a fireplace and outdoor patio. The building is secured with gated parking. There are stairs from the garage to the unit. Roku TV & WiFi included. You will find a variety of restaurants, entertainment, wine tasting & shops all within walking distance.
